Overuse syndromes also called repetitive strain injury (RSI), are conditions characterized by chronic irritation to a body part. Overuse injuries can occur anywhere in the body: Shoulder (Impingement syndrome), elbow (Tennis and golfers elbow), hand/wrist (Carpal tunnel and wrist tendinitis), hip (snapping hip syndrome and hip bursitis), knee and leg (Shin splints and chondromalacia) and foot/ankle (Achilles tendinitis and tarsal tunnel syndrome).
